It consists of a frame mounting base made of a hollow tube with an open end, designed to be secured to the outer edge of the door/window frame on the side that supports the door/window lock. One side of the base has a recessed groove to accommodate the protruding lock pin before it is pushed into the recess on the inside of the door/window frame. The top and bottom ends of the hollow tube mounting base are secured with top and bottom caps. The locking mechanism of the protruding door/window knob lock spindle engages before it is pushed into the recessed slot on the inside of the door/window frame. The open ends at the top and bottom of the tubular frame mounting base are secured in place by top and bottom covers.

Claims

1. An accessory for assisting in the sloping of a door/window that can be locked when the door/window is open. It consists of a frame mounting base (1) which is a hollow tube with an open end of a certain length, for being pressed and secured to the outer edge of the door/window frame that supports the locking mechanism of the door/window knob. It has a special feature: at least one side of the frame mounting base (4) is recessed into a groove (5) to support the locking mechanism of the door/window knob that protrudes before the locking mechanism is pushed into the recessed groove on the inner edge of the door/window frame.
