The present invention relates to liquid compositions containing polyorganosiloxanes, larvicides, containing temiphos, spinosad, dinetofuran, methopren, Bacillus thuringiensis, Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis, or Bacillus sphaericus; and at least 10 wt% of a synthetic organic solvent immiscible with water. The invention also relates to methods for preparing such compositions comprising a blend of polyorganosiloxanes, larvicides, and optionally additional components; and to methods for insect control, wherein said compositions are applied to a water surface.
