Claims (1)
1. การใช้โปรตีนหลอมละลายระหว่างเอ็นไซม์ที่สลายผนังเซลล์ในพืชอย่างน้อยสอง ตัว โดยที่เอ็นไซม์ดังกล่าวจะไม่มีส่วนประกอบของโมเลกุลที่มีพันธะกับคาร์โบไฮเดรทที่ขั้นซี C- terminal carbohydrate-binding-molecole (CBM) และทางเลือกที่เป็น ซีบีเอ็ม (CBM) เอ็นไซม์ ดังกล่าว และ ซีบีเอ็มจะเป็นรีคอมบิแนนท์โปรตีนที่สอดคล้องกับโปรตีนธรรมชาติในเชื้อรา หรือ รูปแบบที่กลายพันธุ์ของเชื้อรา สำหรับการดำเนินการกระบวนการในการสลายผนังเซลล์ในพืช ใน ขอบเขตของการเตรียมสาร จากพืชหรือกากของเสียจากพืช สารประกอบของสิ่งทีแท็ก :
