The heating section for the distillation boiler uses a flat plate heater that can control the temperature of the water or solution inside the boiler. The distillation boiler itself has a sieve to separate the desired distillate from the water or solution used to generate vapor. A drain port is located at the bottom of the boiler for releasing water or the solution after distillation is complete. The top of the boiler has a lid connected to the vapor delivery pipe. The final section is the condensation unit, which consists of two condensing parts: a heated tube condenser and a closed-end heated tube condenser made of capillary copper filled with a refrigerant. This tube is coiled around the vapor delivery pipe, and another coil is used to dissipate heat from the heated tube. As the vapor inside the vapor delivery pipe flows through the heated tube condenser, it partially condenses into a liquid. The remaining liquid and vapor then flow down the vapor pipe to the condenser, which is a water-cooled unit. This unit consists of a cylindrical tube filled with water, with a vapor pipe passing through the center. A heating coil of the water-cooled unit surrounds the surface of the cylindrical tube, cooling the water inside to a temperature lower than the vapor. This causes the vapor to condense into a liquid mixture containing the essential oils of the product. This liquid mixture, formed by condensation in both condensing units, is then dripped out through an essential oil drip port at the end of the vapor pipe. A waterless essential oil distillation system consists of three main parts: a heating unit, an essential oil distillation boiler, and an essential oil condenser. The heating unit for the essential oil distillation boiler uses a flat plate heater, which controls the temperature of the water or solution inside the boiler. The distillation boiler contains a sieve to separate the product to be distilled from the water or solution used to generate vapor. A drain port is located at the bottom of the boiler for releasing water or solution after the essential oil distillation is complete or when needed. The upper part of the boiler has a lid connected to the steam pipe, and the final part is the condenser, which consists of two condensing units: a heat pipe condenser and a chiller condenser. The heat pipe condenser is a closed-end type made of capillary copper tubes filled with refrigerant and installed with coils in contact with the steam pipe and coils to dissipate heat from the heat pipe. When the steam inside the steam pipe flows through the heat pipe condenser, it partially condenses into a liquid. The remaining liquid and steam then flow down the steam pipe to the chiller condenser unit. This unit is a cylindrical tube filled with water, with a steam pipe passing through the center. The surface of the water-filled cylinder has a hot coil of the chiller coiled around it, which cools the water inside the cylinder to a temperature lower than the steam. This causes the steam to condense into a liquid mixture containing the product's essential oils. This liquid mixture containing essential oils from the condensation of the product is then combined by the two condensing units and dripped out at the essential oil drip channel at the end of the steam pipe.
