การประดิษฐ์นี้เป็นการประดิษฐ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสารผสมที่ใช้ในการเคลือบพื้นผิวภายนอก ที่ประกอบด้วยสารผสมไททาเนียมไดออกไซด์ น้ำสารยึดที่เหมาะสมคือ อะคริลิก เอสเทอร์โคโพลีเมอร์(อะคริลิค โคพอลิเมอร์) สารกันบูด คือ คาธอน เป็นสารในกลุ่มไอโซไทอะโซลิโนน สารเพิ่มความหนืด คือ แซนแทน กัม เป็นสารในกลุ่มไฮโดรคอลลอยด์จากธรรมชาติซึ่งเคลือบด้วยสาร ผสมซิลิก้า(ซิลิกา)และไททาเนียมไดออกไซด์ และ/หรือสารผสมแร่แอพาไทต์และไททาเนียมไดออกไซด์ เพื่อทำ ให้พื้นผิวภายนอกที่ได้ มีคุณสมบัติทำความสะอาดตัวเอง ดูดซับและยับยั้งเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ เนื่องจาก สารเคมีข้างต้นจะทำให้พื้นผิวภายนอก มีคุณสมบัติทำความสะอาดตัวเอง ดูดซับและยับยั้ง เชื้อจุลินทรีย์ได้

1. สูตรสารผสมที่ใช้ในการเคลือบพื้นผิวภายนอก ที่ประกอบด้วย สารผสมซิลิก้าและไททาเนียมไดออกไซด์ ร้อยละ 5 - 10 และ/หรือสารผสมแร่แอพาไทต์และไททาเนียมไดออกไซด์ สารเพิ่มความหนืด ร้อยละ 0.1 - 0.5 สารกันบูด ร้อยละ 0.1 - 0.5 สารยึด
