1. กรรมวิธีผลิตอาหารเสริมเลี้ยงกุ้ง มีขั้นตอนดังนี้ - นำตะกอนเหลือทิ้งจากการผลิตสุราล้างด้วยน้ำ 3 ครั้ง เก็บในห้องเย็นอุณหภูมิ 4 ํ ซ - เติมเกลือแกงร้อยละ 1 โดยน้ำหนัก - ต้มที่ 100 ํ ซ นาน 1 ชม. เพื่อฆ่าเชื้อ - เก็บในรูปของเหลวข้น หรือ เก็บในรูปของแข็งแห้ง โดยเลือกจากการตากแดด หรือ อบที่ 60 ํ ซ1.
