The cover is so designed that it fits over the upper wall, and each of the outlets has a vertical ring around the outlet. The cover has a sealing ring extending down from the cover and onto the outlet to seal one ring per outlet. One of said sealing rings is on the pivoting portion of said lid to mate with the corresponding outlet in the closed position of said pivoting portion. 2. The condiment sprinkling unit of claim 1, wherein said sealing rings are supported within a ring sleeve surrounding said outlet, and there is a releaseable locking mechanism between the sealing rings and each pair of ring sleeves. 3. The condiment sprinkling unit of claim 2, wherein said locking mechanism comprises a lip on each of said ring sleeves and a ridge on the matching sealing ring, such that said ridge and ridges protrude to grind or interlock with each other under the compression of said sealing rings into the matching ring sleeves. 4. The condiment sprinkling unit of claim 3, wherein said vertical wall has an upper lip at the upper open end of said container, said upper wall is supported within said upper open end in a releaseable manner, and there is a locking mechanism to engage said upper wall to the upper open end of said vertical wall. 5. The condiment sprinkling unit of claim 4, wherein said mechanism to engage said upper wall to the vertical wall comprises a ridge on said vertical wall next to the upper open end and protrudes inward. There is an outer flange extending from said upper wall to engage along the upper lip of said vertical wall, and an inner flange extending from said upper wall and adjacent to said outer flange to be inserted to support within the upper portion of said vertical wall. Said inner flange has ridges extending all around to snap-engage under the ridges of said vertical wall. 6. The condiment sprinkling unit of claim 5, wherein said cover has a recess above said sealing ring to serve as a position indicator. 7. The condiment dispenser of claim 3, wherein said cover has a depression above said sealing ring to act as a position indicator to apply the force to close said cover aligned with the position of said sealing ring. 8. The condiment dispenser of claim 5, wherein said three vertical walls form an equilateral triangle, said upper wall having the shape of a similar triangle forming three corners. 9. The condiment dispenser of claim 8, wherein each outlet is adjacent to each corner of said upper wall. 1 0.
