Furthermore, this invention relates to a pharmaceutical mixture containing at least one alkyne according to the invention, as a result of the MCH-receptor antagonistic activity of these compounds. The activity of these substances, pharmaceutical mixtures according to the invention, is suitable for the treatment of metabolic and/or eating disorders, particularly obesity, insomnia, anorexia, binge eating and diabetes.
