DC60 (19/09/55) The industrial shelving unit is designed for easy assembly. It consists of U-shaped uprights with circular holes drilled along both ends for attachment to short beams and diagonal beams. These U-shaped beams also have circular holes drilled along both ends for attachment to the two uprights. The uprights also have rectangular holes drilled slightly from the center along both sides for inserting long beams. These long beams are made of folded rectangular steel and welded together. At both ends of these L-shaped beams, one end has three rectangular holes, and the other end is welded to the L-shaped beam for attachment to the uprights with rectangular holes. This allows for the assembly of more than one layer of long beams as needed. The circles on both sides are used to attach to the two posts. The posts also have rectangular holes drilled slightly from the center, evenly spaced along both sides, to insert long beams. These beams are made of folded rectangular steel, welded together along their length. At both ends, L-shaped folded steel is attached, one end of which has three rectangular holes drilled. The other end is welded to the L-shaped folded steel to secure the beams to the posts where the holes are drilled, allowing for the assembly of more than one layer of long beams as needed.
