Abstract

The DC60 front bumper 1 mounted to the front of the vehicle has a port 2 opening into the front of the vehicle and comprises the bumper face 3, the lower face 4 and a retainer 5. The bumper face 3 shall comprise the top wall 2a of port 2 and the left and right side walls 2b, 2c, and the side walls 2b, 2c shall have one pair of first connecting surfaces 10 opposite each other. The lower face 4 shall comprise the bottom wall 2d of port 2 and the left and right end portions 4a shall have a second connecting surface 20 fitted to the first connecting surface 10. The retainer 5 shall bring the first connecting surface 10 and the second connecting surface 20 together. A front bumper 1 mounted to the front of a vehicle having a port 2 opening into the front of the vehicle and consisting of a bumper face 3, a lower face 4 and a retainer 5. The bumper face 3 shall consist of the top wall 2a of port 2 and the left and right side walls 2b, 2c, and the side walls 2b, 2c shall have a first pair of connecting surfaces 10 opposite each other. The lower face 4 shall consist of the bottom wall 2d of port 2 and the left and right end portions 4a shall have a second connecting surface 20 fitted to the first connecting surface 10. The retainer 5 shall bring the first connecting surface 10 and the second connecting surface 20 together.

Claims (5)

1. A bumper structure installed at the front of a vehicle and having an opening in the front of the vehicle, comprising a bumper face consisting of an upper wall of the opening and a pair of left and right side walls having a first connecting surface opposite each other: a lower face consisting of a lower wall of the opening having a left and right end having a second connecting surface inserted into the first connecting surface, and a fastener to bring the first and second connecting surfaces together. 2. The bumper structure as stated in claim 1, wherein the lower face is selected from a group consisting of a plurality of lower faces having different external shapes, and wherein the lower face is mounted on the face of the bumper. 3. The bumper structure as stated in claim 1, wherein the first connecting surface and the second connecting surface are arranged such that at least three attachment surfaces are joined together, wherein the lines of the skins are respectively determined at various angles, and wherein the three attachment surfaces are joined together. 4. The bumper structure as described in claim 3, wherein each of said attachment skins is held in place by fasteners. 5. The bumper structure as described in claim 4, wherein the retainer comprises a mounting plate mounted from the inside of the bottom face and a retaining bolt inserted into the bottom face from the face of the bumper.
