Abstract

DC60 (03/07/55) The single-stand automatic shrimp feeder consists of a feed hopper whose bottom is attached to the open end of the top of the feed cone. This allows feed to be transferred to a delivery pipe at the bottom of the cone. A guide rod inserted inside the support base controls the flow of feed, which passes between the inner surface of the support base and the outer surface of the guide rod. The feed then flows into the inside of the centrifugal base, exiting through a side pipe as the centrifugal base rotates.

Claims (4)

1. The single-stand automatic shrimp feeder consists of a food container (1) which is a hollow container for holding the food to be fed to the shrimp and then transferred to the food receiving hopper (2). The food receiving hopper (2) is a cone with an open end at the top, attached to the open end at the bottom of the food container (1), and the closed end at the bottom is a hole that goes through the open end at the bottom of the food container (1). The closed end at the bottom is a hole that goes through the cone (3) which has an open end at the top of the conveyor pipe (4) and is attached to it to receive the shrimp food transferred from the food receiving hopper (2). The open end at the bottom of the conveyor pipe of the cone (4) is the lower attachment point (5) for attaching to the upper attachment point (6) of the insertion base (7). The insertion base (7) is an outer structure with a hollow interior and open ends at both the top and bottom. The open end at the top has a top fastening edge (6) - for attaching to the bottom fastening edge (5) of the conveyor pipe of the cone (4), and the open end at the bottom has a middle fastening edge (8) for attaching to the top of the conveyor fastening base (9) to convey shrimp feed to the shrimp feed receiving channel (17) of the shrimp feed spinner base (18). The shrimp feed spinner base (18) is a base with one part of the top being a spinner base fastening rod (25) for attaching to the bottom of the conveyor fastening base (9) in such a way that the shrimp feed spinner base (18) can rotate by external force, and one part of the top is a shrimp feed receiving channel (17) to receive the shrimp feed into the inside before conveying the shrimp feed out through the side pipe (26) which has one end connected to the inside of the shrimp feed receiving channel (17) at least one pipe. It has a special characteristic: Inside the insertion support base (7), there is an insertion rod (10) which is a long insertion rod that is inserted to allow the shrimp feed that flows down into the inside of the insertion support base (7) to flow to the side between the inner surface of the insertion support base (7) and the outer surface of the insertion rod (10). The feed transfer base (9) is a base in which part of the top is attached to a central mounting edge (8), and part of the top surface has at least one through hole through the base receiver (16) in line with the open bottom end of the insertion rod's bottom tube (12) for the feed transfer to the feed receiving port (17), and part of the side of the feed transfer base (9) has at least one side through hole (20) that supports the insertion of a rotating drive shaft (21) attached to the motor shaft (22) for the attachment of a part. One of the belt loops (23) and another part of the belt loop (23) are looped onto the drive shaft 24) located on top of the shrimp feeder base (18) to support the transmission of the rotational drive power from the motor (22). 2. The top end of the insertion rod (10) is rounded (11) to facilitate the flow of shrimp feed down the sides between the inner surface of the insertion support base (7) and the outer surface of the insertion rod (10). 3. The single-stand automatic shrimp feeder under any one of the claims 1-3 shall have a bottom mounting plate (27) at the bottom of the shrimp feeder base (18) which is either a full bottom mounting plate or has a top surface that is made up of a top shoulder (28) for covering and securing to a part of the shrimp feeder base (18) in order to use the said bottom mounting plate (27) to be placed and secured to the desired installation area of the shrimp feeder.
