Abstract

DC60 (02/04/55) This carton is designed for packaging beverage bottles. It consists of an outer box body folded into a rectangular shape, and a lid folded into an open-ended rectangular shape. The top of the lid is covered with a flap, creating a lid that fits over the inner box body to hold the beverage bottles. The inner box body is folded into a rectangular shape, consisting of two side panels (one first and two second). The bottom edge of either the first or second side panel of the inner box supports the connected beverage bottles via a fold line. The top edges of each of the first and second side panels are folded inward along the fold line, and the top edge of each of the second side panels is cut to accommodate the bottle necks after being folded inward along the fold line. This completes the carton for packaging beverage bottles. It consists of an outer box body folded into a rectangular shape, and a lid folded up into an open-ended rectangular shape. The top of the lid is then covered with a flap to create a lid that fits over the inner box body, allowing the beverage bottles to be placed inside. The inner part of the box, which is fitted inside the outer box, is used to hold the beverage bottles. The inner box body is folded into a rectangular shape, consisting of two side panels (one first and two second). Claims (2)

1. The carton for beverage bottles consists of an outer body (1) folded into a rectangular shape, made of paper sheets, and four rectangular side bodies (2) each side body (2) is folded together by a crease (3). On the outer side of one side body (2) is a side wing (4) which is folded together by a crease (3) with one side body (2). This side wing (4) is attached to the side edge of the other side body (2) with adhesive. The bottom edge of each side body (2) is folded together by a crease (3) with a bottom support (5), which is sealed at the top and bottom of each bottom support (5) by a bottom sheet (6) and a top support (7). The top edge of each side body (2) is folded together by a crease (3) with an inner reinforcement (8) which is folded inward. Reinforced on the top inside of the outer box body (1), the lid (19) is folded into an open rectangular shape, and on top of the lid (19) is a cover plate (20) which is then fitted over the inner box body (9) to form a cover body that fits over the inner box body (9) once the beverage bottles are packed into the inner box body (9). Specifically, the inside of the outer box body (1) is the inner box body (9) which is fitted into the outer box body (1) to hold the beverage bottles. The first side sections (10) and the second side sections (11) are positioned alternately and are connected by a fold line (3) on the outer side of the inner box body. The inner (9) is a side support section (12) which is folded inward by crease (3) to the outer side of the inner body (9), where the bottom edge of either side section (3) or side section (11) of the inner body (9) is the bottle neck support (13). Each side of the inner body (9) is a side ridge (17) which is folded inward along crease (3), and the top edge of each side of the second side section (11) of the inner body (9) is the neck support (18), which at the top is cut out to fit the neck of the beverage bottle after being folded inward along crease (3). 2. A box for holding beverage bottles, according to claim 1, in which the bottle support (13) is rectangular in shape and its dimensions correspond to the dimensions of the inner body of the box (9). In the middle of the bottle support (13) is a compartment (14), and around the sides of compartment (14) are trapezoidal bottle bottom supports (15) arranged in a circle. When a beverage bottle is placed on the bottle bottom support (15), each bottle bottom support (15) folds downwards to hold the beverage bottle in a fixed position without moving. The remaining sides of the bottle support (13) are connected by a folding line (3) with an inner reinforcement (16) to help reinforce the strength of the bottle support.
