Abstract

DC60 (26/03/47) Powder container with a locking mechanism for extremely convenient opening/closing of the lid, preventing loosening even when the lid is repeatedly opened and closed. The lid cannot be easily opened even with external force applied to the container when not in use. A protruding strip 11 is positioned at the center of the lower edge of the front plate 3A of the lid. A protruding retaining piece 12 is cut on the inside of strip 11. A defined horizontal fold 14 for rotational movement is created between the lower left edge of retaining piece 12 and the upper right edge of strip 11, respectively. This allows both strip 11 and retaining piece 12 to rotate together on the central horizontal fold 14. The rotating mounting hole 5, which is sized sufficiently to allow the clamping part 12 to pass through, and which has a curved upper edge 5A that protrudes downwards, is created at a point on the back surface 1A of box 1, opposite the clamping part 12 of lid 3. A gap 6 is located behind mounting hole 5. With the front surface 4A, clamping part 12 is guided along the curvature of the upper edge 5A of mounting hole 5 to engage with mounting hole 5 and enter the gap 6 on its rear. On the underside of the front plate 3A of the cover, the three protruding retaining pieces 12 are cut on the inside of the strip 11. A fold line, defined as horizontal 14 for rotational movement, is created between the lower left edge of retaining piece 12 and the upper right edge of the strip 11, respectively. This allows both the strip 11 and retaining piece 12 to be rotated together on the horizontal fold line 14 used as the center of rotation of the mounting hole 5, which is sized sufficiently to allow retaining piece 12 to pass through, and which has a curved upper edge 5A that protrudes downwards. The point located on the back surface plate 1A of box body 1, opposite the fastening piece 12 of cover 3, the gap 6 is located behind mounting hole 5. With the front surface plate 4A, fastening piece 12 is guided along the curvature of the top edge 5A of mounting hole 5 in order to engage with mounting hole 5 and enter the gap 6 on its rear.

Claims (10)

1. The powder container consists of a body whose top surface is exposed, and an openable and closable lid that covers the top opening. The lid is characterized by: a protruding strip positioned at the bottom end of the front or side plate of the lid; a protruding clamping piece cut above the center of a horizontal line connecting the top left and right edges of the strip, allowing it to protrude from this horizontal line; and a horizontal fold line acting as a pivot point, protruding between the bottom left edge of the clamping piece, allowing it to rotate in and out of the front and side plates of the lid on the fold line acting as the pivot point. The body consists of: mounting holes in the front or side plate of the body, opposite the lid's clamping piece, sized to accommodate the clamping piece. This mounting hole has a curved, convex top edge, and a precisely spaced gap behind the mounting hole, with a cover attached to the inner wall of the front or side panel; and a movable, rotatable clamping piece, integrated with the strip, which is guided along the curved top edge of the mounting hole and is inserted and held in place through the mounting hole and into the gap behind the hole by twisting the strip, thereby locking the opening and closing cover in place. 2. The powder container, as specified in Claim 1, is characterized as follows: a gap-defining flap is connected to the top edge of the front or side surface in order to create a gap which is defined by the inward folding of the connected flap into the front or side surface; and at the moment of such folding, at least one portion of it that encloses the aforementioned mounting hole is folded at the fold line. 3. The powder container, as described in either Claim 1 or 2, shall be characterized as follows: the back surface of the container shall have a raised folded piece which shall be cut at its top; the lid shall be attached to the folded piece and the folded piece shall consist of horizontally defined fold lines at its left and right lower ends, which shall be of a defined length and extend to the opposite lower ends, respectively; a protruding piece which shall be cut at its midpoint between the left and right fold lines, which shall protrude downwards from the fold lines, with the left and right fold lines serving as centers of rotation; and the back surface lid shall be attached to the inner wall of the back surface in order to meet the protruding piece. 4. The powder container, as specified in either Claim 1 or 2, shall be characterized as follows: The strip shall consist of a collapsed fold line defined to be midway between its ends and a fold line that lies flat for rotational movement, and this collapsed fold line shall extend parallel to the fold line that lies flat for rotational movement and shall intersect the left and right edges of the strip. 5. Powder container as specified in Claim 4, which is characterized as follows: where A represents the height of the protruding part of the clamping element, B represents the distance between the horizontal fold line for rotational movement around the center of rotation and the collapsed fold line of the strip body, C represents the distance between the collapsed fold line and the end of the strip body, and D represents the depth at which the clamping element is inserted into the clamping hole. The relationship between these dimensions A to D shall be as follows: 2.0 mm less than or equal to D less than or equal to 3.5 mm; A less than or equal to D; A : B = 1:2 to 1:3; 13 mm less than or equal to A + B less than or equal to 25 mm; and 20 mm less than or equal to A + B + C less than or equal to 3.5 mm. 6. The powder container, as specified in either Claim 1 or 2, is characterized as follows: curved cross-sections are created at the points where the lower left and right edges of the clamping element and the horizontal fold used as the center of rotation intersect. 7. Powder container as specified in Claim 4, which is characterized by: curved cross-sections used to distribute stress are created at the points where the lower, left and right edges of the clamping element and the horizontal fold for rotational movement, which serve as the center of rotation, intersect. 8. A powder container, as described in either Claim 1 or 2, which is characterized by: a flap that folds against the container to open and close, being positioned on its surface to be attached to the container by a raised edge protruding toward the container at a specified height; the raised edge is attached and secured to the container by adhesive or adhesive sealing parts, or adhesive sealing parts, to which the flap folds against the container to open and close. 9. The powder container, as specified in Claim 3, is characterized as follows: the lid is positioned on its surface to be attached to the folded part by a raised edge protruding toward the container at a specified height; and the raised edge is attached and bonded to the folded part by adhesive or adhesive sealant so that the lid folds toward the container in an opening and closing manner. 10. The powder container, as specified in Claim 4, is characterized as follows: a hinged lid against the container, allowing it to be opened and closed, is provided on its surface to be attached to the container by a raised edge protruding toward the container at a specified height; and the raised edge is attached to the container by adhesive or adhesive sealing material, and the lid hinges against the container in a manner that allows it to be opened and closed.
