A suspended panel having a circuit comprising: a metal backing, a first insulating layer having a disposition formed on one side in the thickness direction of the metal backing relative to the metal backing, a first conductive layer having a first wire portion formed on one side relative to the first insulating layer, a second insulating layer having a cover enclosing the first wire portion, and a second conductive layer having a second wire portion formed on one side relative to the second insulating layer and a terminal portion connected to the first wire portion or second wire portion, wherein the second insulating layer has a second terminal support formed on the other side in the thickness direction relative to the terminal portion; the first insulating layer has a first terminal support formed on the other side relative to the second terminal support; and the metal backing is not formed on the other side relative to the first terminal support.

A hanging panel having the circuit according to claim 4, wherein the conductive reinforcement section intersects the second wire portion when extended in the direction of the thickness.
