Abstract

DC60 (14/09/55) สิ่งที่จัดให้มีขึ้นคือผลิตภัณฑ์ปรับแต่งที่มีลักษณะคล้ายแผ่นเพลต (Plate-like cured product) ชนิดใหม่ซึ่งมีการออกแบบที่ดีเลิศและยังมีศักยภาพที่ดีเลิศเช่น สมบัติในการป้องกันไฟ และ สมบัติใน การระบายอากาศ ผลิตภัณฑ์ปรับแต่งที่มีลักษณะคล้ายแผ่นเพลตรวมถึง เรซินสังเคราะห์ (synthetic resin) และ อณูอนุภาค(particulate) ในอัตราส่วนน้ำหนักค่าหนึ่ง และ ยังมีพีคการกระจายตัวของแทง เจ้นท์สูญเสีย (tanเดลตา), ซึ่งถูกวัดโดยการใช้ สเปคโตรมิเตอร์เชิงกลไดนามิก ในอย่างน้อยสองช่วง อุณหภูมิของ -20องศาเซลเซียสซ ถึง 80องศาเซลเซียสซ (T1) และ -150องศาเซลเซียสซ ถึง -100องศาเซลเซียสซ (T2) ตามลำดับ สิ่งที่จัดให้มีขึ้นคือผลิตภัณฑ์ปรับแต่งที่มีลักษณะคล้ายแผ่นเพลต(Plate-like cured product) ชนิดใหม่ซึ่งมีการออกแบบที่ดีเลิศและยังมีศักยภาพที่ดีเลิศเช่น สมบัติในการป้องกันไฟ และ สมบัติใน การระบายอากาศ ผลิตภัณฑ์ปรับแต่งที่มีลักษณะคล้ายแผ่นเพลตรวมถึง เรซินสังเคราะห์(synthetic resin)และ อณูอนุภาค(particulate)ในอัตราส่วนน้ำหนักค่าหนึ่ง และ ยังมีพีคการกระจายตัวของแทง เจ้นท์สูญเสีย(tan),ซึ่งถูกวัดโดยการใช้ สเปคโตรมิเตอร์เชิงกลไดนามิก ในอย่างน้อยสองช่วง อุณหภูมิของ -20ํซ ถึง 80ํซ(T1)และ -150ํซ ถึง -100ํซ(T2)ตามลำดับDC60 (14/09/55) The product is provided as a new type of plate-like cured product with excellent design and potential for excellent performance such as fire protection and ventilation properties. Plate-like cured product consisting of synthetic resin and particulates, wherein the plate-like cured product contains 200 to 4,000 parts by weight of particulates based on a 100 parts by weight ratio of synthetic resin to the solids content, and the plate-like cured product has a loss tangent (tan) distribution peak, which is measured using a dynamic mechanical spectrometer in at least two temperature ranges of -20°C to 80°C (T1) and -150°C to -100°C (T2), respectively.
