Abstract

DC60 (11/01/48) An evidently destructive cover (10) for container (20) is provided. The cover (10) shall comprise a first part (25) comprising an inner part (35) and an outer part (45), and a second part (30). This outer part (45) is movable with respect to the inner part (35) from position one, where the outer part (45) is directly adjacent to the second part (30), to a second position where there is an empty, unobstructed space (G) in between. The inner and outer parts (35) are so arranged that they can be irreversibly locked in position two. Until the outer portion (45) is unable to be moved back to a first position so as to close this gap (G), a combination of such a cover (110) and a non-reversible assembly (100) which is capable of being connected to the container (100) is also provided. A cover which is clearly openable (10) for the container (20) is also provided. This cover (10) shall comprise a part (25) including an inner portion (35) and an outer portion (45), and a second portion (30). This outer portion (45) is movable with respect to the inner portion (35) from a first position, where the outer portion (45) is directly adjacent to the second portion (30), to a second position, where it is an empty, unobstructed gap (G) in between. The inner and outer portions (35) are so arranged that they can be irreversibly locked in a second position. Until the outer portion (45) is unable to be moved back to a certain position so as to close this gap (G), a combination of such a cover (110) with a non-returning assembly (100) which can be connected to the container (100) is also provided.

All rights reserved which will not appear on the advertisement page: 1. An obviously tamper-evident closure (10) for container (20). This closure comprises - a first part (25) including an inner part (35) and an outer part (45), and - a second part (30). The outer part (45) is movable with respect to the inner part (35) from a first position, where the outer part (45) is directly adjacent to the second part (30), to a second position, where there is an unobstructed gap (G) in between. The inner and outer parts (35) are so arranged that they are irreversibly locked in the second position such that the outer part (45) cannot return to the first position so as to close this gap (G). 2. The cover (10) of claim 1, wherein the second portion (30) is suitable to be attached to the container (20), and the first portion (25) comprises a covering portion. 3. The cover (10) of claim 2, wherein the second portion (30) is permanently fixed in its position on the container. 4. The cover (110) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first part (115a, 165) is made suitable to hold the non-returnable assembly (100) assembled with the container. 5. A cover (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the first portion (25) includes having unidirectional rotating projections (40, 49) for locking the inner portion (35) and the outer portion (45) in a second position. 6. The cover (110) of claim 5, wherein the first part (155a, 165) includes a forming member in the attachment (169) and a unidirectional rotating projection member (163, 170) mounted above the forming member (169). 7. A cover (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein gaps (G) are provided at the periphery of the adjacent portions (25, 30) respectively. 8. A cover (110) according to any one of the above claims, wherein the inner portion (165) includes portion (171) which extends above the outer portion (155a) directly to the second portion (155b) in the second position, portion (171) being so positioned that it can be seen through the gap (G1). 9. Combination of container (20), an evidently destructive cover (10), the cover (10) comprising - a first part (25) including an inner part (35) and an outer part (45), and - a second part (30), distinguished by the fact that the second part (30) is attached to the container (20), and the first part (25) is a top cover, with a releaseable top. The outer part of the first part (45) is movable with respect to the inner part (35), from a first position where the outer part (45) is directly adjacent to the second part (30), to a second position where it is empty, with an unobstructed space (G) in between, after which the first part (25) can be released, and the inner part (35) and the outer part (45) are so arranged that they are irreversibly locked in the second position, such that the outer part (45) cannot be caused to be moved.
