Abstract
ผ้าใบและกรรมวิธีในการผลิตผ้าใบจะใช้ด้ายฝ้าย และใยสังเคราะห์ทอร่วมกัน โดยอัตราส่วนที่สมดุลย์ เพื่อกันการ ยืดและหดตัวของเนื้อผ้า มีการอาบน้ำยาเคลือบ ด้วยส่วนผสม ของ ยางมะตอย ยางพารา พาราพินแวคซ์ น้ำมันเครื่อง กำมะถัน และลิโทโฟน และผ่านการอัดด้วยความร้อน เป็นการป้องกันการ รั่วซึมของเนื้อผ้า
Claims (3)
1. ผ้าใบซึ่งประกอบด้วย การทอของด้ายฝ้ายผสมใยสังเคราะห์เป็นผืนผ้า ผ่านการเคลือบน้ำยา และผ่านการอัดด้วยความร้อน ซึ่งน้ำยาดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนผสมของ ยางมะตอย ยางพารา พา ราพินแวคซ์ น้ำมันเครื่อง กำมะถัน และลิโทโฟน
2. ผ้าใบตามข้อถือสิทธิข้อ 1 น้ำยาดังกล่าวมีอัตราส่วนผสม ดังนี้ ยางมะตอย 10-25 ส่วน, ยางพารา 5-10 ส่วน, พา ราพินแวคซ์ 60-85 ส่วน, น้ำมันเครื่อง 8-20 ส่วน, กำมะถัน 0.5-1.2 ส่วน และลิโทโฟน 0.5-1.5 ส่วน
3. ผ้าใบตามข้อถือสิทธิข้อ 1 ซึ่งด้ายพุ่งเป็นด้ายจากการ ทบเกลียวของด้ายฝ้ายกับใยสังเคราะแท็ก :
