The sections are spaced apart by predetermined dimensions from at least one of the aforementioned anterior and posterior waist regions towards the fork region in the longitudinal direction, and the lateral regions of the waist are joined together, forming one waist channel and one pair of leg channels. The second flexible unit has a fixed portion that is securely fastened to the lateral regions of the waist and the lateral regions of the fork near the relevant lateral edges of these lateral regions, and a free portion extending between the fixed portions passes through the panel in the transverse direction and is not securely fastened to either the base plate or to the panel itself; and this free portion of the second flexible unit and the flexible unit enclosing the legs intersect in three dimensions in the lateral region of the fork and the segment of the lateral region of the waist toward the fork, at least the lateral regions of the fork, and are not securely fastened together at the intersection of these flexible units.
