The invention also provides a polymerization system for the copolymerization of Carbon dioxide and at least one epoxide are composed of a catalyst with the formula (l) and a polycarbonate-chain transfer agent produced by the fabrication process. Block copolymer consists of polycarbonate. Produced by the same fabrication process and production method The invention is also about a new catalyst with the formula (lll).
