The disposable body fluid absorbent pad consists of a top surface facing the wearer's body, a back surface facing away from the wearer's body, and a fluid-absorbing core between the top and back surfaces. It has contrasting lines along the lengthwise edges, expanding in the transverse direction, and conversely, along the transverse edges, expanding in the longitudinal direction, with similar dimensions in these longitudinal directions. Furthermore, the disposable body fluid absorbent pad includes a front area designed to cover the wearer's abdomen, a back area to cover the wearer's hips, and a center area to cover the wearer's groin when worn on the wearer's body. This pad incorporates straps designed to pull the pad in the longitudinal direction and straps with internal fasteners along the side edges, protecting the pad on the body-facing surface. It also has expanding clips between these internal fasteners.

The padding as per claim 1, where such straps consist of a first strap attached at one position on such side edge to extend outward from such edge of such an anterior area in such longitudinal direction, and a second strap attached to such other side edge to extend outward from such edge of such an anterior area in such longitudinal direction; the first strap having an inner attachment at one position on such side edge and protecting the padding on the surface facing the wearer's body, an outer attachment on such other side edge and protecting the padding on such surface facing away from the wearer's body, and an expansion tab between such inner attachment and such outer attachment; and the second strap having an inner attachment on such other side edge and protecting the padding on the surface facing the wearer's body, an outer attachment on such other side edge and protecting the padding on the surface facing away from the wearer's body, and an expansion tab between such inner attachment and such outer attachment.

The absorbent pad as per claim 8, where the center area of the said absorbent pad is folded in the said lengthwise direction by the inside of the said top sheet so that the front and back areas are aligned, and the said distal end of the said fastening tape can be released to adhere to the said absorbent pad on the said surface facing away from the body in the said front area so that the said absorbent pad remains folded.
