Claims

1. The exercise equipment consists of numerous rubber rings threaded together in a chain-like fashion to form a long rubber chain that forms the main body (1). Each link of the main body (1) contains at least one rubber ring. A unique feature is that at one end of the main body (1) rubber chain (6) there is another rubber chain that is shorter than the main body (1) and forms a handgrip (7). The first link of the main body (1) rubber ring is threaded through the first and last links of the handgrip chain. At the other end of the main body (1) rubber chain, it is rolled back to form the other handgrip (3), with the last link of the main body (1) rubber ring being fitted onto the main body (1) and secured. Approximately one-third of the length of the main body (1) rubber ring (2,2), which is wider than the rubber rings threaded together, is threaded through the chain to form a loop for the user's feet.
