A cleaning device as described in Reputation 1 in which the surface tent is a non-ionic surface tent. 3. A cleaning device as described in Reputation 1 or 2 in which the lubricant is a dust-binding lubricant. 4. Cleaning equipment as described in any of the claims 1-3 where the lubricant is mineral oil. 5. Cleaning equipment as described in claim 4 where the mineral oil has a viscosity of 10 to 200 mm²/s at 30°C. 6. Cleaning equipment as described in any of the claims 1-5 where the antigenicity reducing component is from 0.01 to 10% by mass, the lubricant is from 50 to 95% by mass, and the surface is from 1 to 50% by mass relative to the total antigenicity reducing component.
