Abstract

Claims

1. Emulsified cosmetics containing the following components (a)-(d): (a) a product obtained by partially or completely neutralizing phosphoric acid esters using an alkaline substance, in which the ester consists of phosphoric acid monoesters with the general formula (1) and phosphoric acid diesters with the general formula (2) in a ratio of 100:0 to 70:30 mol (chemical formulas); (b) a nonionic surfactant with an HLB value of 6 or lower; (c) an oily substance; (d) water.

2. Emulsified cosmetics under claim 1, where the substance in clause (b) is glycerin mono fatty acid ester.

3. Emulsified cosmetics under claim 1, where the substance in item (a) is a product obtained by partially or completely neutralizing phosphoric acid esters using an alkaline substance, which esters consist of phosphoric acid monoesters with the general formula (1a) and phosphoric acid diesters with the general formula (2a) in a ratio of 100:0 to 70:30 mol (chemical formulas).

4. An emulsified cosmetic product according to claim 1 contains 0.1-5% by weight of substance (a), 0.5-20% by weight of substance (b), 1-60% by weight of substance (c), and 25-95% by weight of substance (d). (4 claims, 2 pages, Figure)
