Abstract
1H- อิมิดาโซลที่ถูกแทนที่ชนิดใหม่ และเกลือของสารเหล่านี้กระบวนการสำหรับเตรียมสารเหล่านี้ และสารผสมทางเภสัชกรรม ที่สารเหล่านี้เป็นองค์ประกอบ สารเหล่านี้มีสูตรดังนี้ (สูตรเคมี) การเตรียมสารเหล่านี้ทำได้โดยทางหนึ่งทางใดดังต่อไปนี้คือ โดยการรีดิวซ์สารประเภทอิมิดาโซลชนิดที่ตรงกัน ซึ่งมี หมู่ไฮดรอกซิลหรืออัลคอกซีอยู่บนส่วนเชื่อมที่เป็นเมทธิล ระหว่างวงแหวนอิมิดาโซล และวงแหวนเฟนนิล หรือโดยการ ไฮโดรไลช์ (สูตรทางเคมี) สารเหล่านี้ออกฤทธิต่อต้านการขาดโลหิตหล่อเลี้ยงหัวใจ สมอง และเนื้อเยื่อต่างๆ สิทธิบัตรยา
