DC60 (25/05/44) This reverse osmosis water purification system consists of a water production section using a typical reverse osmosis system. The water dispensing system includes a control unit and programming, along with other peripheral devices, enabling water dispensing via magnetic stripe cards. This system can be connected to a central control center or not, and the control center can access data, update balances, adjust sales prices, and more via telephone lines. Additionally, there is a remote communication and control system that allows users to communicate with the control center in case of magnetic stripe card failure, and enables the control center to order water dispensing to users.

Claims (1)

1. A reverse osmosis water purification system using magnetic stripe cards, integrated with a remote communication and control system, consists of: - A reverse osmosis water purification system capable of producing clean drinking water, with a dispensing unit using magnetic stripe cards. This includes a program and a microcontroller control unit (12) at the water filter, magnetic stripe cards with pre-coded codes, a magnetic stripe card reader (13), a display screen explaining and showing the water receiving process (14), along with an LCD screen (15), and a keypad with numeric and symbolic input (16) for users to enter program information. The designed program and control unit will control the various components when a user swipes their card and follows the specified steps, instructing the pump to dispense drinking water to the user according to the specified quantity. This control unit is connected to a modem (17), allowing it to connect via a regular telephone line or wirelessly to the control system at the computer center. - The control system at the center consists of a computer, peripheral equipment, and control software that can communicate with the microcontroller control unit of the drinking water dispensing unit at the water filter via a modem and regular or wireless telephone line. The control system records, controls, and commands the modification of data stored in the microcontroller control unit (12), as well as retrieving data from the water filter. Water is stored at the central control center. The telecommunication and control unit consists of 20 signal buttons, a microcontroller, and software for communication at the water purifier (21), and signal lights (22). Control unit 21 sends a DTMF signal to the telephone exchange (23) to connect to the main line at the control center or a backup line. The connection switches between the main and backup lines a set number of times until one line becomes available. Once the telephone line is connected, the user can communicate with the control officer or operator via microphone (24) and speaker (25) on the water purifier. The operator can order the dispensing of drinking water to stop or start using a code on the telephone's keypad, allowing for alternative service if the magnetic stripe card system fails.
