2.องค์ประกอบตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1 ในที่ซึ่งเลือกเชื้อแบคทีเรีย ดังกล่าวได้จาก แบคทีเรียสกุล Bacillus magaterium หรือ Baillus pumilus หรือส่วนผสมของสกุลดังกล่าว
3.องค์ประกอบตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1 หรือ 2 ในที่ซึ่งสารแขวน ลอย 1 มิลลิลิตร มีแบคทีเรียไม่ต่ำกว่า 109 cell
4.องค์ประกอบตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1-3 ข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง ในที่ซึ่ง สารเจือจางดังกล่าว เป็นสารไฮโดรจีเน็ทเต็ทเว็จเทเบิล ออยส์
