Claims (10)
1. อนุพันธุ์ไพราโซลโอไพริมิดีน ดังสูตร(สูตรเคมี) และเกลือของสารดังกล่าว โดยที่ R1 และ R2 ซึ่งอาจเหมือนกันหรือต่างกัน โดยหมายถึงไฮโดรเจน ไฮดรอกซี, ฮาโล, หมู่อัลคิล, อัลคอกซี, อัลคิลไธโอ, อัลคี นิล, อัลไคนิล, หรือเฟนนิล หรอืเฮทเทอโรไซคลิอิล ที่ถูกแทนที่ หรือ ไม่ก็ได้ R6 คือไฮโดรเจน, ฮาโล, ไซยาโน, คาร์บอกซี, อัลคอกซีคาร์บอ นิล หรือหมู่อัลคิล หรือคาร์บาโมอิลที่ถูกแทนที่หรือไม่ก็ได้ หรือ R6 และหนึ่งหมู่ของ R1 และ R2 ร่วมกันเป็นลูกโซ่ อัลคีนิลที่มีคาร์บอน 3-4 อะตอม R3 คือไฮโดรเจน, อัลคิล, อะริล, อาราลคิล, คาร์บอกซี, อัลคอกซีคาร์บอนิล, คาร์บาโมอิล หรือไธโอคาร์บาโมอิลที่ถูก แทนที่หรือไม่ถูกแทนที่ไซยาโน หรือไนโตร X คือ -NR-SO2, -SO2-O-, -SO2-NR- หรือ -S(O)n -CR R" โดยที่ n คือ 0,1 หรือ 2 และ R,R และ R" ต่างหมายถึง ไฮโดรเจน หรือหมู่อัลคิล, อัลคีนิล อัลไคนิล, อัลคอกซีคาร์ บอ- นิล, อะซิล, อัลคิลซัวโฟนิลหรืออะริลซัลโฟนิลที่ถูกแทนที่ หรือ ไม่ถูแทนที่ และ R4 คือไฮโดรเจน, เฮทเทอโรไซคลิอิล หรือหมู่อัลคิลหรือหมู่ อะริลที่ถูกแทนที่หรือไม่ถูกแทนที่1. Pyrazolopyrimidine derivatives, as per the formula (chemical formula) and salts of such substances, where R1 and R2, which may be the same or different, refer to hydrogen, hydroxya, halo, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkenil, alkynil, or phenyl, or substituted or unsubstituted groups; R6 is hydrogen, halo, cyano, carboxy, alkoxycarbonyl, or substituted or unsubstituted alkyl or carbamoyl groups, or R6 and one group of R1 and R2 together in a 3-4 carbon atom alkenil chain; R3 is hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, carboxy, alkoxycarbonyl, carbamoyl, or thiocarbamoyl substituted groups. Substituted or unsubstituted cyano or nitro X is -NR-SO2, -SO2-O-, -SO2-NR- or -S(O)n -CR R" where n is 0, 1, or 2 and R,R, and R" all refer to substituted or unsubstituted hydrogen or alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxycarbonyl, acyl, alkylsulfonyl, or arylsulfonyl groups, and R4 is substituted or unsubstituted hydrogen, heterocyclic, or alkyl or aryl groups.

6. อนุพันธุ์ไพราโซลโอไพริมิดีนดังในข้อถือสิทธิ 1-5 ข้อใด ข้อหนึ่ง ในที่ซึ่ง X คือ -SO2NH-6. Any one of the pyrazole-opyrimidine derivatives listed in claims 1-5, where X is -SO2NH-.

Any one of the pyrazole-opyrimidine derivatives in claims 1-7 where R1 and R2 are methyl and the other group is hydrogen or methyl, R6 is hydrogen, R3 is methoxycarbonyl, ethoxycarbonyl, carbamoyl, methylcarbamoyl or dimethylcarbamoyl, X is -SO2NH- and R4 is phenyl replaced by one or more atoms of fluorine, chlorine or bromine or methyl or nitro groups.

Any of the pyrazole-opyrimidine derivatives listed in the above claims, namely methyl 2-(2,6-dichlorophenyl sulfamoyl)-5,7-dimethylpyrazole-(1,5-a)pyrimidines-3-carboxylate or methyl 2-(2,6-dichlorophenyl sulfamoyl)-5-methyl-7-trifluoromethylpyrazole-(1,5-a)pyrimidines-3-carboxylate
