2. สิ่งที่เตรียมตามที่ขออ้างสิทธิไว้แล้วในข้อถือสิทธิข้อ ที่ 1 นั้น ไฮดรอกซีอะพาไทต์มีขนาดอนุภาคเฉลี่ย 1 ถึง 15 ไมครอน
3. สิ่งที่เตรียมตามที่ขออ้างสิทธิไว้แล้วในข้อถือสิทธิข้อ ที่ 1 นั้น ไฮดรอกซีอะพาไทต์เป็นไฮดรอกซีอะพาไทต์ สังเคราะห์ซึ่งมี Ca10(PO4)6(HO)2อยู่อย่างน้อย 92% โดยน้ำ หนัก
