The infrathigh area connects the anterior and posterior areas. The anterior area has a first end, a second end, and a central section integrated by the first and second lateral edges. The first and second lateral segments are detachable to the central section, and each lateral segment has an outer edge. The anterior area also has a first and second end. The infrathigh area has the first and second lateral edges, and the elastic material at the first and second infrathigh area is positioned to attach to these first and second lateral edges. The posterior area has a first end, a second end, and the first and second lateral edges. The posterior area is divided into segments one and two. Segment one has a length L2 measured perpendicular from the first end of the posterior area to a parallel line. Segment two has a length L3 measured perpendicular from the second end to a line parallel to the first end. The second section will have the first and second lateral borders, and the first area A3 and the second area A4. The first area A3 will represent the area bounded by the first and second lateral borders, the second end, and a line drawn parallel to the first end. The first and second lines are drawn as tangents to the elastic material in the intercostal region at points where the elastic material in the intercostal region is spaced as close together as possible. The first and second lines intersect the line drawn parallel to the first end, and the second section has a ratio A1/A2 in the range of approximately 1.5 to approximately 5.0. The next absorbent product will be incorporated with absorbent material attached to at least one section of the anterior, posterior, or intercostal region. The first and second lateral segments are detachable to the central section, and each lateral segment has an outer edge. The front area also has end one and end two. The inguinal area has the first and second lateral edges, and the elastic material at the first and second inguinal area is positioned to attach to these first and second lateral edges. The back area has end one, end two, and the first and second lateral edges. The back area is divided into segment one and segment two. Segment one has a length L2 measured perpendicularly from end one of the posterior area to a parallel line. The subsequent absorbent product is incorporated with the material. The absorbent material is attached to at least one section of the front, back, or between the thighs. Each outer edge of the first and second lateral sections of the front section is attached to either the first or second lateral edge of the back section, creating a product resembling trousers with one waist opening and a pair of leg openings.

Claims

1. A reattachable absorbent product consisting of: a) anterior area with a central segment incorporating the first and second lateral edges, where each first and second lateral segment is positioned adjacent to one of the said first and second lateral edges, and each first and second lateral segment is attached to the central segment in a detachable manner, with each of the lateral segments having an outer edge, and the anterior area having first and second ends; b) an infrasection area connected to one end of the anterior area, where the infrasection area has the first and second lateral edges, and an elastic material at the first and second infrasection area positioned adjacent to the first and second lateral edges, respectively; c) a posterior area connected to the opposite end of the infrasection area, where the posterior area has the first end, second end, and the first and second lateral edges, and the posterior area is divided into first and second segments. The second segment, where the first segment has a length L2 measured perpendicularly from one end of the posterior region to the parallel line, and L2 is approximately equal to or greater than 2 inches; and the second segment has a length L3 measured perpendicularly from the second end to the parallel line, and L3 is approximately equal to or greater than 1 inch. The second segment has the first and second lateral edges, and area A3 and area A4, where area A3 represents the area bounded by the first and second lateral edges, the second end, and the parallel line to the first end; and area A4 represents the area bounded by the first and second lines, the second end, and the parallel line to the first end. The first and second lines are drawn as tangents to the elastic material at the base of the first leg. And the second such section at various points where the elastic material in the area between the first and second thigh sections is spaced as close together as possible, where the first and second lines intersect with the line drawn parallel to the first end, and the second section has an A1/A2 ratio between approximately 1.5 and approximately 5.0; and d) the absorbent material is attached to at least one section in the front, back, or between the thighs, and where each of the outer edges of the first and second lateral sections of the front area is attached to one of the first and second lateral edges of the back area to create a product similar to pants with one waist opening and a pair of leg openings.

2. A reusable absorbent product of Claim 1 where the A1/A2 ratio is in the range of approximately 2.5 to approximately 4.0.

3. Reusable absorbent product of Claim 1, where the A1/A2 ratio is in the range of approximately 3.0 to approximately 3.7.

4. A reusable absorbent product of Patent 1, whereby the first phase is contained in an elastic material.

5. Reusable absorbent product of Claim 1, where A3 is approximately equal to or greater than 175 cm².

6. The reattachable absorbent product of claim 1, where A3 is in the range of approximately 400 cm² to approximately 1500 cm².

7. A reusable absorbent product of claim 1, where the said L3 length ranges from approximately 3 inches to approximately 10 inches.

8. A reusable absorbent product of claim 1, where the said L3 length ranges from approximately 4 inches to approximately 8 inches.

9. A reattachable absorbent product of claim 1 where the first and second lines are parallel and the distance between the first and second lines is approximately greater than 2 inches.

10. A reattachable absorbent product consisting of: a) anterior area with a central segment incorporating the first and second lateral edges, where each of the first and second lateral segments is positioned adjacent to one of the said first and second lateral edges, and each of the first and second lateral segments is attached to the central segment in a detachable manner, where each of the lateral segments has an outer edge, and the anterior area has first and second ends; b) an infrastomy area connected to one end of the anterior area, where the infrastomy area has the first and second lateral edges, and the first and second elastic material in the infrastomy area is positioned adjacent to the first and second lateral edges, respectively; c) a posterior area connected to the opposite end of the infrastomy area, where the posterior area has the first and second lateral edges and first and second ends, and the posterior area is divided into segments one and two, where segment one has a length L2 measured perpendicular from the first end of the posterior area to... A parallel line is drawn such that its length L2 is approximately equal to or greater than 2 inches, and a second segment has a length L3 measured perpendicularly from the second end to the line drawn parallel to the first end, with its length L3 approximately equal to or greater than 1 inch. This second segment has the first and second lateral edges, and area A3 and area A4. Area A3 represents the area bounded by the first and second lateral edges, the second end, and the line drawn parallel to the first end. Area A4 represents the area bounded by the first and second lines, the second end, and the line drawn parallel to the first end. The first and second lines are drawn as tangents to the elastic material between the first and second thighs at points where the elastic material between the first and second thighs is spaced as close as possible, where the first and second lines intersect. With the aforementioned lines drawn parallel to the first and second ends, the A3/A4 ratio will be between approximately 2.5 and approximately 4.0. d) A liquid-permeable pad attached to at least one section of the front, back, or inseam area, and e) Absorbent material positioned beneath such pad, and where each outer edge of the first and second lateral sections of the front area is attached to one of the first and second lateral edges of the back area to form a product similar to pants with one waist opening and a pair of leg openings.

11. A reusable absorbent product of claim 10 where A3 is approximately equal to or greater than 175 cm².

12. The reusable absorbent product of claim 10, where A3 is in the range of approximately 500 cm² to approximately 1200 cm².

13. A reusable absorbent product of claim 10 where the L3 length ranges from approximately 3 inches to approximately 10 inches.

14. The reattachable absorbent product of claim 10, where the first and second lines are parallel and the distance between the first and second lines is between approximately 3 inches and approximately 7 inches.

A reattachable absorbent product consisting of: a) anterior area with a central segment incorporating the first and second lateral edges, where each of the first and second lateral segments is positioned adjacent to one of the said first and second lateral edges, and each of the first and second lateral segments is attached to the central segment in a detachable manner, where each of the lateral segments has an outer edge, and the anterior area has first and second ends; b) an infrastomy area connected to one end of the anterior area, where the infrastomy area has the first and second lateral edges, and the first and second elastic material in the infrastomy area is positioned adjacent to the first and second lateral edges, respectively; c) a posterior area connected to the opposite end of the infrastomy area, where the posterior area has the first and second lateral edges and first and second ends, and the posterior area is divided into segments one and two, where segment one has a length L2 measured perpendicular from the first end of the posterior area to...
