วิธีการตรวจเชื้อราหรือสาหร่าย ซึ่งมีลักษณะเฉพาะอยู่ที่มีการทำกรรมวิธีกับเนื้อเยื่อหรือของไหลจากร่างกายของสัตว์ หรือคนด้วยสารทำให้ขาวแบบเรืองแสงประเทศดิลบีนที่มีหมู่ซัลโฟ อย่างน้อย 4 หมู่หรือเกลือของสารหล่านี้ และมีการตรวจสอบโดย ใช้กล้องจุลทัศน์ประเภทตรวจสารเรืองแสง

1. วิธีการตรวจหาเชื้อราหรือสาหร่ายซึ่งมีลักษณะเฉพาะอยู่ที่มีการทำกรรมวิธีกับเนื้อเยื่อ หรือของไหลจากร่างกาย ของสัตว์ หรือคนด้วยสารทำให้ขาวแบบเรืองแสงประเภทสติลบีน ที่มีหมู่ซัลโฟอย่างน้อย 4 หมู่หรือเกลือของสารเหล่านี้ และมีการตรวสอบโดยใช้กล้องจุลทัศน์ประเภทตรวจสารเรืองแสง
2. วิธีการตามที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อถือสิทธิที่ 1 ซึ่งมีลักษณะ เฉพาะอยู่ที่มีการดำเนินกรรมวิธีด้วยสารทำให้ขาวแบบเรือง แสงประเภทสติลบีนที่มีหมู่ซัลโฟตั้งแต่ 4 ถึง 6 หรือด้วย เกลือของสารเหล่านี้
