A stacked wet sheet is a compact mass contained within a container or packaging. It consists of multiple folded wet sheets, each created by folding a flat wet sheet to form three interconnected sections: a folded-up flat section, which includes the opposite edge of the flat wet sheet and is positioned above the interconnected section; and a folded-down flat section, which includes the opposite edge of the flat wet sheet and is positioned below the interconnected section. The folded wet sheets are continuously joined together in such an overlapping manner that the folded-down flat section and the interconnected section of the folded-up and folded-down wet sheets are sandwiched between the continuous folded-up flat section and the interconnected section of the folded-down wet sheets. Between the fold lines of the folded-down flat section and the interconnected section of the folded-up and folded-down wet sheets, a gap is created to allow air to enter between the continuous folded-up and folded-down wet sheets when the top sheet is removed from one of the containers or packaging. One of the containers or packaging is constructed with an outlet from which the top wet sheet is drawn. Emerging from that outlet, the wet bottom plate is applied to the resistance at the convex section created between the flat section folded up above and the midpoint section.
