1. Operating Procedures for Elevator User Transportation Equipment within a Building: This procedure comprises the following steps: a) Detecting the location of elevator users within the building; b) Granting access permission to elevator users to the building area; c) Receiving a target call initiated by an elevator user; d) Allocating an elevator cabin to serve the target call; e) Verifying entry into the allocated elevator cabin by at least one elevator user; g) Comparing the location of at least one elevator user who has entered the cabin to the location of the user who initiated the target call; and h) Determining whether at least one elevator user who has entered the cabin has been granted access for a specific target location matching the target call. 2. The procedure under claim 1 is characterized by the following steps: j) Activating the security measure (S21) if in step g) the location of the elevator user who has entered the elevator car does not match the location of the elevator user who activated the target call or elevator call or the elevator user in step h) no access is granted for a target location that matches the target call or elevator call. 3.
