Granulated detergents. Here, granules or granule fractions are a type of detergent mixture in the form of tightly compressed particles, consisting of (i) a surfactant which is a detergent; (ii) particles containing sodium tripolyphosphate in a phase 1 amount greater than 40 percent by weight of the sodium tripolyphosphate in the particles, in which the sodium tripolyphosphate in the particles contains between 1 percent and 5 percent by weight of the sodium tripolyphosphate; and (iii) particles of other mixtures, the characteristics of which include particles of sodium citrate dihydrate.

Flat granules, as provided for by any of the preceding claims herein, shall consist of 30 to 65 percent by weight (of the flat granules or fractions thereof) of particles composed of 25 to 80 percent by weight (of these particles) of water-soluble builder detergent and 20 to 50 percent by weight (of these particles) of non-soap organic surfactants.
