Element A contains 50 to 80 mol percent of polymer units derived from such aliphatic olefins. (4) Component A has a melt index from 0.01 to 10 g/10 min; (5) Component A has a molecular weight distribution from 1.8 to 10; and (6) Component B is present in an amount from 35 to 99 percent by weight of the total weight of Components A and B and consists of acetal resin, acrylic resin, polyamide, nylon-6, nylon 6,6, polyimide, polyether imide, cellulosic, polyester, polymethylpene; (7) Component B has a molecular weight from 10,000 to 40,000; and (8) has a melt flow rate from 2 to 80 g/10 min.
