Abstract

DC60 (12/10/42) is a push-type writing instrument with improved push-type operation and the ability to automatically return the writing instrument to its retracted position when the clamp is engaged. The 26a locking extension is built on the 26 clamp which slides inside the 12 outer cylinder with the 20 pen nib, and the 28b locking support extension, which includes a locking support at its front end, is built on the back surface of the non-proximal end of the 28 clamp, with its proximal end attached to the 12 outer cylinder. Guide hole 12a is built in the 12 outer cylinder to match. The 28b clamp extension, supported by the 25a clamp extension, which can be supported on the 26a clamp extension, is built on the 25 press plate, which is integrated with the 24 press. The 25a clamp extension slides the 26a clamp extension past the 28b clamp extension from its rear to the clamp support, or guides the 26a clamp extension from the clamp support to the rear of the 28b clamp extension in a way that allows it to pass to one side of the 28b clamp extension. The press-type writing instrument offers improved press-type functionality and can automatically return the writing instrument to its retracted position. When the clamp is engaged, the clamping extension 26a is built on clamp 26, which slides inside the outer cylinder 12, along with the nib 20, and the clamping support extension 28b, which includes the clamping support extension at its front end, is built on the rear surface of the non-proximal end of clamp 28, with its proximal end attached to the outer cylinder 12. Guide hole 12a is built in the outer cylinder 12 to align with the clamping support extension 28b. Clamp section 25a, which can support the clamping extension 26a, is built on press 25, which is integrated with press 24. Clamp section 25a slides the clamping extension 26a past the clamping support extension 28b from its rear to the clamping support or guide section. Claims (6)

1. A pressure-operated writing instrument consisting of an outer cylinder, a writing medium inserted and stored within the outer cylinder for axial movement, a flexible arm for pushing the writing medium backward, and a pusher protruding from the outer cylinder for pressing. The pusher operates to move the writing medium between a backward position, where it retracts into the outer cylinder, and a forward position, where its end protrudes from the outer cylinder. A clamp for positioning the writing medium is incorporated within the outer cylinder, and a locking extension is built onto it. This locking extension, including a locking support at its front end, is built onto the back surface of the non-solid end of the clamp, with its proximal end attached to the outer cylinder. The outer cylinder has guide holes built into it to align with the clamp's locking support extensions. The guide holes are wider than the locking support extensions on one side of the hole relative to the locking support extension. It is clamped to the locking support via a guide hole to hold the writing medium in the forward position and released from the locking support and positioned behind the locking support extension to hold the writing medium in the retracted position. With the press mounted inside the outer cylinder, the press is used in conjunction with the press. The press has a clamp section that can be clamped to the clamping device. The clamp guides the locking support extension beyond the locking support extension from behind it to the locking support and guides the locking support extension from the locking support to the rear of the locking support extension in a manner that allows passage through one side of the locking support extension. 2. A writing instrument that uses a pressing action as per claim 1, where the clamp portion of such press is able to grip the locking extension of such gripping device and has a first clamp surface that guides the locking extension beyond its rear to the locking support and a second clamp surface that guides the said locking extension from the locking support to the rear of the locking support in a manner that allows it to pass through by one side of the locking support. 3. Pressing writing instruments as per claim 1, where, apart from the locking protrusions, the clamp support attached to the clamp portion of the press is constructed on the said attachment. 4. A pressure-operated writing instrument consisting of an outer cylinder, a writing medium inserted and stored in the outer cylinder for axial movement, a flexible arm for pushing the writing medium backward, and a pusher protruding from the side of the outer cylinder for pressing. The pusher is used to move the writing medium between a retracted position, where it is retracted into the outer cylinder, and a forward position, where its end protrudes from the outer end of the outer cylinder. A clamp, coupled to the writing medium for positioning, is incorporated into the outer cylinder, and a locking extension is built onto it. The locking support extension, including a locking support at its front end, is built on the rear surface of the non-proximal end of the clamp, with its body end attached to the outer cylinder. The outer cylinder has guide holes built into it to align with the locking support extensions of the clamp. The guide holes are wider than the locking support extensions only on one side of the holes. Compared to the grip locking support extension, the guide hole has a front end clamp surface at the opposite end to the grip locking support, gradually approaching the side without the grip locking support extension towards the front end of the clamp surface. The grip locking extension is clamped to the grip locking support through the guide hole to hold the writing medium in the forward position and is released from the grip locking support and positioned behind the grip locking support extension to hold the writing medium in the retracted position. The pusher is then pressed to move the retracted writing medium forward, shifting the grip locking extension past the rear grip locking support extension to the grip locking support. It is then pressed to move the forward-positioned writing medium forward, moving the grip locking extension further away from the grip locking support and then sliding along the front end clamp surface to move the grip locking extension backward behind the grip locking support extension in a manner that... A writing instrument that uses a pressing action, as described in any of Claims 1 through 4, where such fastener has a narrow groove in it for bending the locking projection in the direction of the inner diameter. 6. Press-type writing instrument in accordance with claim 5, where the locking support projection has a beveled surface (28c) on its rear which is beveled in such a way that its height gradually decreases toward its rear end, and where the locking support projection has a beveled surface (26c) on its top which is beveled in such a way that its height gradually decreases toward its front end.
