Abstract

Cooking burners use liquefied gas (LGM) as fuel. When the LGM flows through the gas injector, also known as the "nozzle," the gas is directed through the pipe or common hole into the burner base or the gas-air mixing chamber. At the same time, the funnel-like opening serves a special function, drawing in as much air as possible from the wider area around the lower burner base, ensuring the airflow is unobstructed (a clear funnel opening). Once the gas and air enter the mixing chamber, the force of the air from the funnel pushes it rapidly out the end of the pipe or burner hole. The flame then appears simultaneously at the end of the pipe or burner hole.

Claims (9)

1. The liquefied gas cooking burner consists of various parts that can be made of metal or other materials. It has a burner base (11) which is both the burner base and the gas-air mixing chamber. It is cylindrical in shape and divided into an upper and lower base. That is, there are more than one circular metal plate or cast metal or other material piece attached vertically to the upper and lower parts. The center is left empty. There is a burner tube or hole (12) welded or cast in metal with holes embedded inside around the upper part of the burner base. There is a common inlet (13) for gas and air, which is conical in shape (14) with the mouth of the cone facing downwards, attached to the lower part of the common inlet.
