The near end is positioned in the lateral wing, between the expandable unit of the wing and the lateral edge of the absorbent core, at least in the crotch section. The far end is free and not attached, at least in the crotch section. A retractable separation unit is attached to the border, causing the border to expand and contract, separating the displaced end from the surface of the top plate, thus creating a groove. This retractable sealing border and the border effectively prevent the wearer's clothing from being stained.
