Any one of the methods under Reputation 1 through 3, in which the tensile plastic part is relaxed by at least 5 percent of its total tensile length. 5. Any one of the methods under Reputation 1 through 3, in which the tensile plastic part is relaxed by at least 10 percent of its total tensile length. 6. Any one of the methods under Reputation 1 through 3, in which, after at least the aforementioned partial relaxation, the plastic part is maintained at the specified length, with further relaxation being prevented. 7. Any one of the methods under Reputation 6, in which the length of the plastic part can be determined by hardening. 8. Any one of the methods under Reputation 1 through 7. 9. Plastic parts with reduced oxygen permeability and increased resistance to ultraviolet radiation degradation. Such plastic parts are films, filaments, or microfilaments that have been stretched beyond the yield point to reduce thickness and increase length. Such plastic parts shall be at least partially relaxed. 10. Plastic parts with reduced oxygen permeability. Such plastic parts are films, filaments, or microfilaments that have been stretched beyond the yield point of the fibers to reduce thickness and increase length, and such plastic parts shall be at least partially relaxed. 11. Plastic parts with increased resistance to ultraviolet radiation degradation. Such plastic parts are films, filaments, or microfilaments that have been stretched beyond the yield point of the fibers to reduce thickness and increase length. Such plastic parts shall be at least partially relaxed. 12. Any one of the claims in paragraphs 9 through 11, in which case the plastic part 13. Such methods include the arrangement of a plastic film and its stretching beyond its yield point to reduce its thickness and increase its length; at least partial relaxation of the stretched plastic film; and the encapsulation of at least one layer of the relaxed stretched plastic with sufficient tension to form the wrap-around envelope containing an oxygen-free atmosphere within the relevant area. 16. Methods of encapsulating one or more objects to create an oxygen-free atmosphere within a wrap-around envelope. Such methods include the arrangement of a partially relaxed plastic film and its pre-stretching beyond its yield point to reduce its thickness. 15. Methods under Requisition 14 or 15 where the material is feed baling material. 16. Methods under Requisition 14 through 16 where the plastic film, at least partially unwinded, is unwinded uniformly across the width of the film. 17. Methods for feed preparation, including the preparation of feed baling material, which is to be formed into a wrap-around shell by using at least one partially unwinded plastic film before yield unwinding to increase length and decrease thickness; using at least one layer of prepared stretch plastic film to be wrapped in order to form a wrap-around shell in an oxygen-free atmosphere in the relevant area. 18. Methods for feed preparation where feed baling material and the formation of the wrap-around shell are provided around the bundle. The bundle, which contains at least one layer of film and plastic adhesive material, is stretched beyond its yield point to form a film that decreases in thickness and increases in length. The film is then partially unwinded, and the plastic adhesive material is applied to the bundle with a tensile force at least sufficient to form an oxygen-free wrap-around sheath within the associated area. 20. The method under Reputation 20 in which the second tensile occurs before the film is attached to the bundle. 22. The method under Reputation 20 in which the second tensile occurs while the film is attached to the bundle. 23. Any one of the methods under Reputation 20 through 22 in which the second tensile exceeds the level of the first tensile. 24. Any one of the methods under Reputation 20 through 22 in which the second tensile is less than the level of the first tensile. 25. The first stretch of the plastic film material is used in one of the methods described in Reputations 14 through 24. 26. The plastic film material is used to form an oxygen-free wrap-around shell, which is first stretched beyond its yield point to increase its length and decrease its thickness, and such film is at least partially unwinded. 27. The oxygen-free wrap-around shell consists of at least one overlapping layer of plastic film material, which is stretched beyond its yield point to increase its length and decrease its thickness, and such film is at least partially unwinded before being positioned to form an oxygen-free wrap-around shell. 28. The oxygen-free wrap-around shell as described in Reputation 27 in which the film is at least partially uniformly unwinded across its width.
