1. ผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอางที่ทำให้ผิวหนังขาวนวลขึ้นสำหรับใช้เฉพาะที่กับผิวหนังของมนุษย์ประกอบด้วย A. กรดไดโอนิกที่มีโครงสร้าง HOOC-R-COOH ที่ R เป็น หมู่อัลคิล หรือ อัลคีนิล ที่มีคาร์บอนอะตอม 5-13 อะตอม B. กรดเฟอรูลิก เอสเตอร์ของกรดเฟอรูลิก หรือสารสกัดจากลิ โคไรซ์
2. ผลิตภัณฑ์ตามข้อถือสิทธิข้อที่ 1 ที่ R เป็นหมู่อัลคิล ที่มีคาร์บอน 6-10 อะตอม
3. ผลิตภัณฑ์ตามข้อถือสิทธิข้อที่ 2 ที่กรดไดโออิกคือ กรดอะซีเลอิก
