Abstract

DC60 is a paper-based food packaging container consisting of a base, side sections (long side and short side). The two short sides are divided into three sections by parallel fold lines: Section 1, Section 2, and the outer flange. The side flanges are divided into two sections by fold lines: Section 1 and Section 2. Each side of the short side connects to Section 1, and each side of the long side connects to Section 2. The outer edges of the two long sides are connected by a fold line, and the outer edges of the two second side flanges are also connected by a fold line. The sides of each short side section connect to the first side wing, and the sides of each long side section connect to the second side wing. The outer edges of the two long side sections form the long wing edges, which are folded together along a crease line. Similarly, the outer edges of the two second side wings form the side wing edges.

Claims (3)

1. A ready-to-eat food container is a sheet of paper consisting of a base (2) with four sides folded together by creases (3) and two long sides (4) and two short sides (5). Specifically, the two short sides (5) are divided into three sections by parallel creases (6) to form the first short side (5a), the second short side (5b), and the outer wing (5c). Between the two long sides (4) and the two short sides (5) is the side wing (7), which is folded together by creases (3). The side wing (7) is divided into two sections by creases (8) to form the first side wing (7a) and the second side wing (7b). At each side of the short side (5) is connected to the first side wing (7a), and at each side of the long side (4) is connected to the second side wing (7a). The second flap (7b) is formed by the outer edges of the two long side sections (4) being the long side edges (10) which are folded together by a crease (11), and by the outer edges of the two second flap sections (7b) being the side edges (12) which are folded together by a crease (13), where each crease (11) extends to both edges of the second flap section (7b), and each crease (13) extends to the edge of the long side edge (10), where at the crease (3) position between the long side edge 10 and the side edge (12) on all four sides there is an additional crease (14) which forms an acute angle with crease (3). 2. The finished food container, as per claim 1, whereby the outer surfaces of the first wide side section (5a), the second wide side section (5b) on both sides in an acute angle to the fold line (3) connecting the wide side section (5) to the side flange section (7), and the outer surface of the outer flange section (5c) shall be the adhesive (9) for which the first side flange section (7a) of the side flange section (7) shall adhere to the outer surfaces of the two wide side sections (5). 3. A ready-to-eat food container, according to claim 1 or 2, where the inner surface of the four side flaps (12) in line with the fold (11) and the fold (13) shall be the adhesive (15) part for the edges of the four side flaps (12) to adhere to the outer surface of the four wide side sections (5).
