Since parts one and two 2 and 10 are positioned longitudinally along the opposite edges at 8, 9, 17, and 18, part two 10 is overlaid and secured under longitudinal tension. On the upper surface of part one 2 at the posterior and anterior ends 6, 7, 15, 16, respectively, sanitary pad 1 consists of part one 2, which comprises a permeable top sheet 3, an impermeable back sheet 4, and a first absorbent core 5 located between the top and back sheets. It also consists of part two 10, which comprises highly permeable and stretchable/contractable material sheets 11 and 12, and a second absorbent core 13, which is covered by these stretchable/contractable material sheets 11 and 12. Claims (1)

1. A sanitary pad, by its specific characteristics, consists of three parts: a permeable top layer, an impermeable back layer, and a first absorbent core. This second absorbent core is positioned between the permeable top layer and a second absorbent core, enclosed in the center of the second part and surrounded by a flexible, stretchable material. Both cores contain highly absorbent polymer particles. The density and absorption rate of the second core's highly absorbent polymer are higher than that of the first core. The center of the second part is raised by the second core and is more flexible than the first core. Numerous pores for fluid penetration are molded into the center of the flexible sheet above the second core. The first and second parts have transverse and longitudinal edges. The longitudinal edge of the first part extends transversely outwards from the side edge of the second part. These two edges of the second part are fused to the two edges of the first part in a way that allows the flexible sheet to stretch longitudinally. The first part is bent by the elastic force of the elastic sheet; the second part is spaced away from the top of the first part; the longitudinal elongation rate of the elastic sheet while the edges of the first and second parts are connected is in the range of 5-50%; and the compression force when the elastic sheet is clamped at a elongation rate of 5-50% is in the range of 11.8 -196.9 g/cm².
