The top and back sheets are bonded together on the inside between the cut-out sections, and the breast pad has a connecting section to join the inner surfaces of the top sheet, which is placed over each cut-out section in a folded state. Follow the folds that connect the facing cut-out sections so that the top sheet forms the inner surface.

This method comprises the following steps: a molding step where the absorbent pad is molded to form individual facing sections; a sectioning step where the absorbent pad is cut out in a way that gradually narrows inwards; a stacking step where the molded absorbent pad is placed between a leak-proof backing sheet and a permeable top sheet; a filtration step where the molded absorbent pad is placed between a leak-proof backing sheet and a permeable top sheet; a sealing step where the top and back sheets are sealed, forming the outer perimeter of the product; a folding step where the product is folded along the fold lines connecting the facing sections so that the top sheet forms the inner surface; and a bonding step where the inner surfaces of the top sheet, which is placed over the sections, form the bonding section. The product is in a folded state, and the cutting process cuts it into individual product sets.
