1. อุปกรณ์สำหรับการเหนี่ยวนำการทำให้สลบ การบรรเทาปวด และ/หรือการระงับประสาท ซึ่งได้รับการทำให้มีลักษณะเฉพาะโดยที่ อุปกรณ์ ดังกล่าวประกอบด้วยภาชนะที่บรรจุตำรับปรุงของ เหลวที่มีก๊าซเฉื่อยในปริมาณที่มีผลในการเป็นยา สลบ ยาบรรเทาปวดหรือยาระงับประสาทและวิถี ทางสำหรับการใช้ที่มีการการควบคุมของตำรับปรุง ดังกล่าวแก่ผู้ป่วย
