Abstract

Claims

1. The powder coating material feeder, for feeding powder coating material from a metal hopper, consists of a lid fitted to the opening of the metal hopper, which is sealed with a mesh plate. A vent for the powder coating material is constructed using a support unit to hold the metal hopper in an inverted or tilted position, allowing the lid to be inverted. A supply hose is connected to the vent of the lid, and an air delivery unit provides air to the metal hopper, passing it through the mesh plate in the lid to drain the powder coating material. Carrier air is also supplied through the supply hose to feed the powder coating material.

2. The powder coating material feeder, as per claim 1, is subsequently fitted with a control valve installed in the delivery hose.

3. The coating material feeder, as per claim 2, has a control valve that is opened and closed by air supplied from the air delivery unit.

4. Powder coating material feeder, as per claim 1, with a cover containing a vibrator.

5. Powder coating material feeder. Under claim 4, the vibrator is driven by air supplied from an air delivery unit.

6. Powder coating material feeder, as per claim 1, is subsequently fitted with a clamp for securing the lid to the opening of the metal hopper (Clause 6, - Figure).
