Polypropylene resin mixtures for non-stretchable films consisting of (A) 50 - 95 parts by weight of polypropylene resin; (B) 3 - 40 parts by weight of random ethylene/(formula)-olefin copolymer with at least three carbon atoms; such random copolymer with 60 - 95% by mole of ethylene structural unit, density of 0.900 g/cm³ or less, MFR (melt flow rate as determined by ASTM D-1238 at 190 °C under a 2.16 kg load) of 0.1 - 50 g/10 min, and molecular weight distribution represented by Mw/Mn determined by gel penetration chromatography (GPC) of 3 or less; and (C) 2 - 20 parts by weight of random propylene/ethylene/1-butan copolymer. This involves three conditions 1), 2), and 3), given below, where the combined amounts of (A), (B), and (C) are 100 parts by weight, and the random copolymer (C) exhibits three conditions 1), 2), and 3), namely: condition 1), which consists of 50–88% by mol of propylene units, 2–30% by mol of ethylene units, and 10–40% by mol of 1-butene, with the amount of 1-butene units exceeding the amount of ethylene units; condition 2), which has an MFR determined according to ASTM D-1238 at 230°C under a 2.16 kg load of 0.1–50 g/10 min; and condition 3), which has a molecular weight distribution, represented by Mw/Mn, determined by gel penetration chromatography (GPC) of 3 or less.
