Claims (12)

The dianeic surface, where R is a substituted alkyl, alkylnyl, aryl, alkyl, ether, ester, amine, or amide group with a selectable C1 to C13 chain length, or hydrogen, A and B are independently selected from alkyl, alkeniline, (poly)alcoxylene, hydroxylalkylene, arylalkylene, or amide alkyl groups of C1 to C38 chain length, where A, B, and R all have carbon from 4 to approximately 31 atoms, X and Y, which should be at least one type, are sulfate groups, z is 0 or 1, and M is a cationic counterion (III). The formula of an alkyl alkoxylated sulfate is formula, where R3 is a C-C alkyl or hydroxylalkylene group, A is an alkoxy unit. The concentration of ethanol or prooxyl should be at least 5%, with an average concentration of at least 1%, and M being the cationic counterioneon; and (b) the composition of the hydrophobic detergent system from 0.01% to 10.0%, with the concentration of at least 0.5% to 4% by weight, consisting of (i) a percarboxylic acid formula in which R has at least 6 carbon atoms and M being the counterioneon; or (ii) a percarboxylic acid precursor formula in which L is a simple differentiable group linked to the R-CO group by an oxygen atom, and R has at least 6 carbon atoms; or a mixture of (i) and (ii), provided that a more functionalized anionic surfactant or anionic surfactant formula (II) in which R has 18 to 20 carbon atoms is present at a level of 2% to 2.7% by weight of the components; the ratio of such anionic surfactant to the detergent. Hydrophobicity is not 1:1 or 1.35:1.
