G''37 (1 rad/sec) in the range of 1500 Pa to 20000 Pa. G''37 (1 rad/sec) in the range of 100 Pa to 15000 Pa. The ratio of G''37 (1 rad/sec)/G''37 (1 rad/sec) is in the range of 2 to 50 (chemical formula) not less than 0.5. Alternatively, either G''37 (100 rad/sec) - G''(1 rad/sec) not more than 10000 Pa, or (chemical formula) not more than 1.5, or a combination of the above alternatives.
