An easy-open, sealed container consisting of a finned portion surrounding the opening of a plastic-wrapped container. The finned portion comprises a tear-like section, including perforations and connections, formed in one or all of the finned portion. The finned portion is detachable by the tear-like section along its entirety or along a portion into the inner portion positioned near the opening and the outer portion positioned near the perimeter of the finned portion. A sealing membrane is adhered to the upper surface of the finned portion surrounding the opening of the plastic-wrapped container by the container, and a peel-off membrane is adhered to the lower surfaces of the inner and outer portions of the finned portion in which the tear-like section is formed. The peel-off membrane, comprising a peel-off initiation section protruding outward or inward from the finned portion where the tear-like section separates the finned portion into inner and outer portions, can be exposed by removing the peel-off membrane, and the adhesive strength of the sealing membrane to the formed finned portion is demonstrated. The outer surface of the tear will have a greater adhesive strength than the sealing membrane attached to the fins positioned on the inner surface of the tear.

An arrangement of an easily opened sealed container consisting of a container with a wall structure that defines an opening; fins attached to this wall structure and positioned around the opening; these fins have perforations in at least part of them, thus allowing them to be separated into an outer fin positioned adjacent to the outer perimeter of the fin and an inner fin positioned adjacent to the opening and between the opening and the outer fin; these fins have upper and lower surfaces facing away from each other; a sealing membrane is attached to the upper surface of the fin and covers the opening for opening and removal of the container; this sealing membrane is attached to both the outer and inner fins on their upper surfaces; and a peel-off membrane is attached to both the inner and outer fins on their lower surfaces. Removing the peel-off membrane from the fins reveals the perforations. The sealing membrane is then secured. It is attached to the outer fin section by a stronger adhesive portion than the stronger adhesive portion between the sealing membrane and the inner fin section. Therefore, the outer fin section and the sealing membrane are removed together from the container. To open the container, the peel-off membrane must be removed from the fin section.
