This transverse section has an anterior-facing and a posterior-facing surface, where the posterior-facing surface of this transverse section forms an acute angle with the body-oriented surface of the upper plate; this angle ranges from 45 degrees to 85 degrees.

This transverse section divides the disposable adsorbent into anterior and posterior sections, with fecal matter accumulating in the posterior section. The transverse section has an anterior-facing and a posterior-facing surface, with the posterior-facing surface of this transverse section forming an acute angle with the body-facing surface. The skin facing the body on the upper plate, at such an acute angle, ranges from 45 degrees to 85 degrees.

This transverse segment divides the disposable adsorbent into anterior and posterior sections, with fecal matter accumulating in the posterior section. The transverse segment has anterior and posterior-facing surfaces, with the posterior-facing surface of this transverse segment forming an acute angle with the body-facing surface. The skin facing the body on the upper plate, at such an acute angle, is from 55 degrees to 80 degrees.
