สารผสมสำหรับกำจัดศัตรูที่ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบออกฤทธิ์ที่เป็นสารผสมร่วมระหว่างสารที่มีสูตรดังนี้ (สูตรเคมี) กับสารที่มีสูตรดังนี้ (สูตรเคมี) ในอัตราส่วน 1:1 ถึง 1:100 และอาจเลือกใช้ตัวทำละลาย สารพาหนะที่เป็นของแข็ง และ/หรือ สารลดแรงตึงผิวด้วย
Claims (4)
1. สารผสมสำหรับกำจัดศัตรูที่ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบออกฤทธิ์ที่เป็นสารผสมร่วมระหว่างสารที่มีสูตรดังนี้ (สูตรเคมี) กับสารที่มีสูตรดังนี้ (สูตรเคมี) ในอัตราส่วน 1:1 ถึง 1:100 และอาจเลือกใช้ตัวทำละลาย สารพาหนะที่เป็นของแข็ง และ/หรือ สารลดแรงตึงผิวด้วย
2. สารผสมตามที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อถือสิทธิที่ 1 ซึ่งประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบออกฤทธิ์ในอัตราส่วน 1:9
3. วิธีการควบคุมศัตรูต่าง ๆ ของสัตว์และพืชซึ่งวิธีการประ กอบด้วยการนำสารออกฤทธิ์ที่มีสูตรดังนี้ (สูตรเคมี) และสารที่มีสุตรดังนี้ (สูตรเคมี) ในปริมาณที่ให้ผลกำจัดศัตรูมาใส่ลงไปยังที่อยู่อาศัย ของศัตรูดังกล่าว โดยที่อาจเลือกใช้ตัวทำละลาย สาร พาหะที่เป็นของแข็ง และ/หรือ สารลดแรงตึงผิวร่วมด้วย
4. วิธีการตามที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อถือสิทธิที่ 3 ซึ่งประกอบ ด้วยการใส่สารออกฤทธิ์ทั้งสองในรูปสารผสมรวมกันไว้ก่อน แล้วจากภาชนะเดียวกัน หรือใส่สารทั้งสองแยกกันจากต่าง ภาชนะในลักษณะที่มีช่วงเวลาสั้น ๆ ระหว่างการให้สาร ทั้งสองชนิดหรือให้สารทั้งสองชนิดพร้อมกัน (ข้อถือสิทธิ 4 ข้อ,รูปเขียน - รูป)
